All packages come with an onboarding fee which is based on organisation size, number of sites and risk level, as well as the number of HSE documents to review.

How much does an HSE retainer cost?
Essential is £395 + VAT a month, Professional £795 + VAT and Advanced £1,295 + VAT. Strategic is priced to the organisation. Every package has an onboarding fee based on its size, number of sites, risk level and the documents to review.
Do we need a competent person?
The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations require employers to appoint one or more competent people to help with their health and safety arrangements. Our retainer provides that support when you don't have enough expertise in-house.
Which packages include site visits?
Professional includes a quarterly site visit and inspection, and Advanced adds monthly site attendance and contractor oversight. Essential is mainly remote support.
How does a retainer start?
With a consultation and an initial health and safety assessment, then a gap analysis with Red, Amber and Green priorities and an improvement plan, before the contract, appointment letter and named consultant are issued.
